NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with NPR's Mike Shuster about new information concerning Saddam Hussein's pre-war strategy and behavior revealed in a recent CIA report. The report by Charles Duelfer, the chief U.S. weapons inspector, concludes the Iraqi dictator had no stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction before the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, and had no facilities to create nuclear, biological or chemical weapons.
