2011 is the year of the rabbit - but it's also been the year we talked about flooding, fracking, occupying, and reinvention.

We've been lucky to get to cover hundreds of important and interesting stories about New York's economy and technology over the past year.

We've met some amazing people, profiled some intrepid entrepreneurs, and examined a plethora of suggestions for getting New York's economy back on track.
